Q (the chef behind the scenes) & I love making all different kinds of burgers, primarily with ground chicken or turkey. In my opinion, chicken tastes better & doesn’t dry out- plus it’s cheaper than ground turkey most weeks at the grocery store! We had wanted to try out our idea for quite some time & I’m happy to say we finally bit the
bullet burger! This hybrid of delicious chicken wings & grilled burgers did not disappoint. They’ll be a staple on our summer burger menu!
